PROJECT MODULES
Module 1. The Project Committee
A Project Committee will be appointed with the participation of a representative for each LAG.
The leading partner is charged with the monitoring and supervision of the implementation of the project, the organization of three co-ordination meetings, the definition of the operative program for each action. The partners are asked to transfer the necessary information to the leading LAG and to participate in the definition of the operative action plan, co-ordination, meetings, etc.
LAGs will also have the opportunity to set up local steering committees to assess the consistency between project actions and local programs.
Module 2. Production of joint promotional material
A production of 35.000 copies of joint promotional material ( such as brochures, catalogue, etc.) can be issued by the partners. The leading partner will propose and coordinate the realization of the material which will be distributed through promotional channels jointly defined with the partners.
The Project Committee will be requested to discuss the leading partner’s draft. All the partners then will evaluate the proposals and divulgate the necessary information for the creation of the copies.
All the partner LAGs will operate to involve the local stakeholders, T.O., travel agencies, etc. as well as to provide the requested information to the leader LAG for the creation of the promotional tools.
Module 3. Creation of a newsletter and a Web site
The newsletter will inform about specific aspects of the wetland territories, it will be joining about 10.000 recipients in each LAG areaand will be quarterly published ( a mailing list will be defined by each partner). It will be supporting and improving the exchange of experiences and good practices among the partners and will be addressed to the operators of the sector- e.g. public institutions, private operators, associations, etc.-of the participating regions.
Moreover, it will provide information on projects, initiatives, itineraries, environmental tourism news, Birdwatching products and so on.
Both the newsletter and the web site will represent useful tools to involve new partners from other countries: the leading partner will collect the information in order to submit the proposals to the other members who will then be assessing them on the lay out and contents.
Module 4. Organization of international events on nature tourism and Birdwatching as well as other actions relating to nature tourism in the territory of each partner and common pilot projects
Each partner will be asked to organize international events relating to nature tourism and birdwatching which will see the mutual participation of all the other partners. The events will be led by common interventions (Network implementation project - Common cooperation objectives), as well as individual pilot modules in agreement with the objective of the project.
